ai技術(shù)的興起，使得無人駕駛成為時下最熱門的應(yīng)用之一。兩個月前一則報道顯示，單靠cpu就能開發(fā)在海上的無人駕駛輪船。那么，內(nèi)河中的技術(shù)應(yīng)用進(jìn)展如何？西安企業(yè)有了突破。

去年，西安還在加快建設(shè)制造業(yè)強(qiáng)市政策中，設(shè)立了支持科研成果專題。如對來源于高校院所，或與制造業(yè)企業(yè)協(xié)同創(chuàng)新的科技成果在企業(yè)實施轉(zhuǎn)化的項目，總投入在2000萬元以上的，按科技研發(fā)相關(guān)固定資產(chǎn)投資額的10%給予獎勵，最高不超過1000萬元。

相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的政策，也密集出臺。先后出臺了《市級技術(shù)轉(zhuǎn)移示范機(jī)構(gòu)認(rèn)定管理辦法》《西安市技術(shù)轉(zhuǎn)移機(jī)構(gòu)資助政策兌現(xiàn)的實施細(xì)則》《西安市支持高層次人才創(chuàng)業(yè)和成果轉(zhuǎn)化獎補(bǔ)政策兌現(xiàn)的實施細(xì)則》和《西安市新型研發(fā)機(jī)構(gòu)認(rèn)定管理辦法》等系列政策。

多舉措并行之下，西安現(xiàn)代產(chǎn)業(yè)中的新技術(shù)、新力量不斷出現(xiàn)。如去年技術(shù)合同交易1648.56億元，在全國排名第三；在吸納技術(shù)方面，成交額661.59億元，全國排名第六；西安市專利授權(quán)總量達(dá)175200件，萬人發(fā)明專利擁有量47.625件，是全國的3倍……

科研的不斷投入，核心技術(shù)的不斷突破，黑科技的不斷出現(xiàn)，離不開西安豐富的科研基因。不斷創(chuàng)新之下，與之相應(yīng)的產(chǎn)業(yè)，也在提質(zhì)增效，持續(xù)釋放出生產(chǎn)活力，這正是奮進(jìn)的西安，當(dāng)下應(yīng)有的狀態(tài)。
