泵是停止液體保送的機(jī)械,化工離心泵是其中的一種,它經(jīng)過葉輪使流經(jīng)葉輪的液體遭到向心力的作用,進(jìn)步液體的機(jī)械能,從而停止液體保送,它是一個(gè)增加液體能量的機(jī)器。
由于化工消費(fèi)對(duì)泵的特殊請(qǐng)求,化工離心泵與其他離心泵相比有以下幾個(gè)特性:
(1)能順應(yīng)化工工藝需求:泵在化工消費(fèi)中,不但要保送液體物料并提供工藝請(qǐng)求的必要壓力,還必需保證保送的物料量,在一定的化工單元操作中,請(qǐng)求泵的流量和揚(yáng)程要穩(wěn)定,堅(jiān)持泵高效率牢靠運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。
(2)耐腐蝕:化工泵保送的介質(zhì),包括原料、反響中間物等常常多為腐蝕性介質(zhì)。這就請(qǐng)求泵的資料選擇恰當(dāng)和合理,保證泵的平安、穩(wěn)定、短命命運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。
(3)耐高溫、低溫:化工泵保送的高溫介質(zhì),有流程液體物料,也有反響過程所需求和產(chǎn)生的載熱液體。例如:冷凝液泵、鍋爐給水泵、導(dǎo)熱油泵?;け帽K偷牡蜏亟橘|(zhì)品種也很多,
(4)耐磨損、耐沖刷:由于化工泵保送的物流中含有懸浮固體顆粒,同時(shí)泵的葉輪、腔體也有的在高壓高流速下工作,泵的零部件外表維護(hù)層被毀壞,其壽命較短,所以必需進(jìn)步化工泵的耐磨性、耐沖刷性,這就請(qǐng)求泵的資料選用耐磨的錳鋼、陶瓷、鑄鐵等,選用耐沖刷的鈦材、錳鋼等。
(5)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)牢靠:化工泵的運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)牢靠包括兩個(gè)含義:一是長周期運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)不出毛病;二是運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)中各種參數(shù)平穩(wěn)。運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)的牢靠性對(duì)化工消費(fèi)至關(guān)重要。若泵經(jīng)常發(fā)作毛病,不只會(huì)形成經(jīng)常停產(chǎn),影響產(chǎn)量和經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,而且有時(shí)還可能形成化工系統(tǒng)的事故?;け棉D(zhuǎn)速的動(dòng)搖,會(huì)惹起流量及泵出口壓力的動(dòng)搖,使化工消費(fèi)不能正常停止或系統(tǒng)中的反響遭到影響,物料不能均衡,不只形成糜費(fèi),以至形成產(chǎn)質(zhì)量量降落或使產(chǎn)品報(bào)廢。
(6)無走漏或少走漏:化工泵保送的介質(zhì)多數(shù)為易燃、易爆、有毒、有害的液體,一旦走漏將嚴(yán)重污染環(huán)境,危及人身平安和職工的身心安康,更不契合無走漏工廠和清潔文化工廠的請(qǐng)求,這就必需保證化工泵運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)不走漏,在泵的密封上采用新技術(shù)、新資料,按規(guī)程操作,高質(zhì)量檢修。
(7)能保送臨界狀態(tài)的液體:臨界狀態(tài)的液體,當(dāng)溫度升高或壓力降低時(shí),常常會(huì)汽化。化工泵有時(shí)保送臨界狀態(tài)的液體,一旦液體在泵內(nèi)汽化,則易于產(chǎn)生氣蝕毀壞,這就請(qǐng)求泵具有較高的抗氣蝕性能。同時(shí),液體的汽化,可能惹起泵內(nèi)動(dòng)靜局部的摩擦膠合,這就請(qǐng)求有關(guān)間隙取大一些。為了防止由于液體的汽化使機(jī)械密封、填料.html'>填料密封、迷宮密封等因干摩擦而毀壞,這類化工泵必需有將泵內(nèi)發(fā)作的氣體充沛掃除的構(gòu)造。

due to the special requirements of chemical consumption for pumps, chemical centrifugal pumps have the following characteristics compared with other centrifugal pumps:
(1) can meet the needs of chemical process: in chemical consumption, pumps should not only guarantee liquid materials and provide the necessary pressure for process requirements, but also ensure the quantity of materials to be guaranteed. in certain chemical unit operation, the flow and head of the requested pumps should be stable, and the high efficiency and reliable operation of pumps should be adhered to.
(2) corrosion resistance: the medium of chemical pump, including raw materials, reaction intermediates, etc. are often corrosive medium. this requires that the data of the pump be properly and reasonably selected to ensure the safety, stability and short-life fate of the pump.
(3) high temperature and low temperature resistance: high temperature medium guaranteed by chemical pumps, including process liquid materials, as well as heat carrying liquid required and produced in response process. for example: condensate pump, boiler feed pump, heat transfer oil pump. there are also many kinds of low-temperature media that chemical pumps provide,
(4) wear resistance and scour resistance: because the logistics of chemical pump includes suspended solid particles, and the impeller and cavity of pump also work under high pressure and high flow rate, the surface maintenance layer of pump parts is damaged, and its service life is short, so it is necessary to improve the wear resistance and scour resistance of chemical pump, which requires the pump data to select wear-resistant manganese steel, ceramics, cast iron, etc., and select wear-resistant manganese steel, ceramics, cast iron, etc scoured titanium, manganese steel, etc.
(5) reliable operation: reliable operation of chemical pumps includes two meanings: first, long-term operation without fault; second, stable operation of various parameters. the reliability of operation is very important for chemical consumption. if the pump often breaks down, it will not only cause frequent shutdown, which will affect the output and economic benefits, but also cause accidents of chemical system sometimes. the fluctuation of the rotation speed of the chemical pump will cause the fluctuation of the flow and the pressure at the pump outlet, make the chemical consumption unable to stop normally or the response in the system affected, and the material can not be balanced, which not only leads to waste, but also leads to the decline of the production quality or the scrapping of the product.
(6) no leakage or little leakage: most of the media guaranteed by chemical pumps are flammable, explosive, toxic and harmful liquids. once leakage occurs, the environment will be seriously polluted, personal safety and physical and mental health of employees will be endangered, and it is not in line with the requirements of no leakage factories and clean culture factories. therefore, it is necessary to ensure that chemical pumps do not leak during operation. new technologies and new materials shall be used for pump sealing according to regulations process operation, high quality maintenance.
(7) critical liquid: a critical liquid that often vaporizes when temperature increases or pressure decreases. chemical pumps sometimes guarantee the critical state of liquid, once the liquid vaporizes in the pump, it is easy to produce cavitation damage, which requires the pump to have high cavitation resistance. at the same time, the vaporization of the liquid may cause friction and scuffing in the dynamic and static parts of the pump, which requires a larger clearance. in order to prevent the mechanical seal, packing seal and labyrinth seal from being destroyed by dry friction due to the vaporization of liquid, this kind of chemical pump must have the structure of fully cleaning the gas in the pump.
